- Skilled worker in mechanical engineering or metal construction, ideally with further training as a master craftsman, industrial foreman (metal), technician or comparable training with practical relevance
- Knowledge of the relevant technical regulations
- Confident handling of measuring and testing equipment
- Structured, solution-oriented, conscientious and independent way of working
- Responsible and assertive
- Several years of practical experience in quality management
- Experience in setting up QM systems
- Confident mastery of MS Office tools, experience in working with ERP systems
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills

Your everyday work
- Processing quality problems and planning and implementing corrective measures
- Collaboration in the creation of company-specific quality standards
- Preparation, updating and further development of QM documentation (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001)
- Collaboration in the development and expansion of our product identification and traceability system
- Creating and updating process, work and test instructions
- Final inspection of produced parts (final inspection)
- Initial sampling
- Preparation of quality and test reports
- Carrying out customer and supplier audits
- Employee training
- Process-accompanying control of parts in production
- Handling customer complaints and returns as part of quality assurance
- Review and further development of the test spectrum and test equipment
- Contact person for internal departments for all quality-related and product-related issues
- Cross-team collaboration in the continuous improvement process
