Our apprentice Vitali has successfully completed his training as a Construction Mechanic (specializing in precision sheet metal work) — and we’re happy that he’s staying exactly where he feels most at home and can best apply his strengths: in the KMH Custom Engineering team.
Vitali began his journey with us as a Metal Technology Specialist, in the very first year we offered this training program. After completing the two-year program, he made a conscious decision to take the next step and further expand his qualifications by training as a Construction Mechanic. With great commitment, curiosity, and perseverance, he consistently pursued this path and has now completed it successfully.
Especially in the area of custom-made solutions, it becomes clear what drives Vitali. He thinks ahead, looks for solutions, works reliably, and contributes actively to the team. His calm, respectful manner and his motivation to continuously learn make him a highly valued and pleasant team player — both in everyday work and at joint trade fair appearances.
