Manfred has been an integral part of KMH for 10 years now, having already worked for us part-time for several years alongside his self-employment.
During these 10 years, we have gotten to know Manfred as a particularly committed and innovative colleague. With his outstanding performance on the Schmale system and the zest for life that he brings with him every day, he has become an irreplaceable part of the KMH family. 🤗
Manfred also trained our first apprentice as a machine and plant operator, and was more than successful. Thanks to his commitment, we have been able to gain another long-term colleague in Marlon.
