Stephen began his journey with us as a welder. For many years, he supported the team with great dedication, professional expertise, and reliability. To this day, his colleagues value him for his loyalty, his consistently positive and cheerful nature, and the strong sense of teamwork he brings to the group. And not to forget — with his welding skills, he has also provided us with more than a few truly impressive photo moments along the way. 😉
For several years now, Stephen has been contributing his experience to our Sales team, specifically in the quotation department. This is where the true value of his many years of hands-on experience becomes especially clear: with practical know-how, technical understanding, and a strong sense for feasible solutions, his expertise flows directly into the preparation of quotations. He proves every day that he can confidently navigate both worlds — production and sales — and is a highly valued team player in both areas.
20 years in which Stephen has taken on responsibility in many different roles, contributed his strengths, and represented KMH excellently both internally and externally.
