This applies to you

Several years of professional and leadership experience in financial accounting, including financial statement preparation and business transaction evaluation
Proficiency in relevant accounting and ERP systems
Good English skills (spoken and written)
Experience in process optimization and digitalization of financial processes is desirable
High level of responsibility, structured work approach, and entrepreneurial mindset
Leadership personality with appreciative and team-oriented communication skills
Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for shaping and developing financial structures

Your everyday work

Overall responsibility for finance and accounting, reporting directly to management
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and tax regulations
Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger accounting
Account monitoring, reconciliation, and liquidity planning
Management of receivables and cash flow
Preparation of VAT returns, statistical reports, and other filings
Primary contact for auditors, tax advisors, banks, authorities, and management
Handling both strategic and operational tasks within the finance sector
Optimization and further development of existing structures, tasks, and processes, including digitalization
Conducting financial analyses and statistics, supporting controlling (budgets, reporting)
