- Completed commercial/administrative vocational training
- Experience in the HR field
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience working with time-tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Your everyday work
- Operational HR responsibility
- Preparation and review of employment contracts, references, agreements, and certificates
- Administration and further development of the time management system (Tisoware)
- Maintenance of employee master data and personnel files
- End-to-end applicant management – from initial screening to contract signing
- Structured coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Management and further development of employee benefits (e.g., Hansefit, workwear, leasing models, pension schemes)
- Coordination of staffing agencies, including contract administration
- Trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters
