This applies to you
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further qualification as a business administrator, master craftsman or technician in metalworking, plus relevant experience in sales and distribution
- Enjoy interacting with customers and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor even in high-pressure situations
- Strong technical understanding and willingness to further deepen your product knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
- You are reliable, well-organized, detail-oriented, a team player, and possess strong coordination skills

Your everyday work
- Serve as a competent contact person for our customers (primarily by phone), providing support and technical consultation
- Manage and coordinate the entire internal sales and distribution process (quotation creation, follow-up, order processing, scheduling of delivery dates)
- Occasionally visit customers on-site to strengthen relationships and understand their needs
- Handle customer-specific requests (custom-made products), including calculations and contract negotiations
- Maintain, support, and actively expand our national and international customer base
- Provide active support to our external sales partners and international representatives
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as production, logistics, and product development to ensure smooth order fulfillment
